As a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, life coach, author, and speaker, I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people transform their lives. I have led and participated in many women’s groups throughout my life during my healing with women worldwide. Hearing the lived experiences of people growing even through current suffering is awe-inspiring.
I’ve always been drawn to the long-standing tradition of women coming together in intentional, supportive spaces. Historically, these gatherings occurred around fires, in temples, and within nature—spaces where wisdom was shared, healing was facilitated, and collective strength was nurtured. These circles represent more than just connection; they are potent environments for growth, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.
I’ve known for a long time that an event like my May 3rd, 2025 workshop is something our community truly needs. Through my own experiences—and in supporting others—I’ve learned that healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming or retraumatizing. It can be a gentle, empowering process.
With that desire in my heart, I’ve created a one-day healing workshop for women called “From Fairy Tales to Face Lifts: Learning to Love the Image in the Mirror” © on May 3, 2025, at my office in Belmont, NC.
This workshop is not focused on sharing (but you can if you want to!); it’s structured with healing and learning activities to help you self-reflect. However, if you know me, you know I let Spirit speak. This is an expertise through which I excel and a lived experience through which I continue to grow. There is beauty in the ashes, and choosing to heal is liberating.

The per-person cost is $200.00 and must be paid in advance to reserve a spot. No refunds will be given after one week before the group.
