I will be facilitating a one-day healing workshop for women called, “From Fairy Tales to Face Lifts: Learning to Love the Image in the Mirror” © on May 3, 2025, at my office in Belmont, NC.

The fee for the group is $200.00 per woman and is paid in advance to save the spot. No refunds will be given after one week prior to group. The workshop includes:

• Exercises and Healing Activities
• Art and Music Therapy
• Guided Imagery  
• Small and Large Group Work
• Connection, Repair and Growth
• Insight and healing  
• An Afternoon Snack
• Resources and Materials to Take Home

This workshop will focus on helping the women heal from relational trauma, support healing negative body image, and provide steps forward in self-care and boundaries, as well as support the women in finding their voices and holding hope for a future. A continental breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided as well.
