In a previous post, I talked about how an unexpected phrase came across my radar, and it was an idea that felt too powerful to ignore.
Discovering *Rooted and Worthy* was one of those moments that came out of nowhere, but felt so right.
My cousin Becky used to work for Women of Faith, and I can picture something like that: gathering people together, offering encouragement, weaving hope through conversations, music, and truth.
The phrase rooted and worthy also feels like that; something that offers encouragement and weaves hope into the fabric of this frantic life we are all living.
This is my takeaway:
Whether or not it becomes something big and public, the message itself matters:
You are rooted. You are worthy.
You are grounded in value, even when life feels chaotic.
Your worth is not fragile. It’s woven into who you are.

For me, the phrase has become a reminder that creativity, faith, humor, memory, and connection all have their place in the healing journey. And sometimes the things that feel random—the songs, the AI searches, the coffee jokes, the old conference photos—are part of a much larger story unfolding.
Maybe this is just the beginning.
Maybe all of this is planting seeds.
Maybe being rooted and worthy is the foundation for whatever comes next.
And honestly? I kind of love that.
